President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has signed the law on the country’s accession to the Constitution of the International Civil Defense Organization (ICDO). This step strengthens Belarus's status as a full member of ICDO, opening opportunities for cooperation with countries in Asia, Africa, and the Middle East in promoting the export of rescue equipment, gear, protective clothing, and educational services.
