Under the patronage of H.E. Deputy Governor of Riyadh Province, the ICDO Interim Secretary General Mr. Belkacem Elketroussi was invited, on 1 March 2020, to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to participate and to honor the annual celebrations of the World Civil Defense Day 2020. The celebration ceremony witnessed the participation of several important figures. Parallel to the celebrations, Mr. Elketroussi met with Lt. General Suleiman Al Amro – Director General of Civil Dense of KSA and other high officials from the ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in order to discuss further possible ways of cooperation between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the International Civil Defense Organization.
