The humanitarian assistance provided to the Republic of Cuba in the area of enhancing disaster response capabilities includes the delivery of Ural-manufactured vehicles to the country's civil defense services. This support is aimed at strengthening the nation's ability to effectively manage and respond to natural disasters, thereby mitigating the impact on the population and infrastructure. By equipping the civil defense services with robust and reliable vehicles, the project seeks to enhance the operational readiness and mobility of emergency response teams, ensuring timely and efficient aid and rescue operations during crises. This initiative reflects a commitment to bolstering Cuba's resilience to natural disasters through international cooperation and support.

Providing humanitarian assistance to the Republic of Tajikistan in the field of strengthening the capacities in responding to natural disasters. During consultations with the Committee of Emergency Situations under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, it was decided to strengthen objects (National center for the training of rescuers, Karatakh settlement), concretely, equipping with a stationary training complex “Zaval”, training camp for mountain training “Vector”, training complex “Gorodok”, specialized classrooms: search and rescue operations in conditions of collapses and rescue operations in mountains and gorges, as well as a set of group and individual climbing equipment.
