Russian Minister of Finance A. Siluanov and Chinese Minister of Finance LIU Kun, representatives of financial institutions, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and China also took part in the meeting in Moscow.

Mechanisms for financing the prevention and propagation of consequences of transboundary natural disasters were discussed during the meeting.

Colonel A.A. Kudinov also met with the Director General of the Disaster Relief and Supplies department of the Ministry of Emergency Management of China Mr. LI Xiaodong.
