Following his online meeting with the Director General of the Palestinian Civil Defence, on 28 September 2026, the Secretary-General of the International Civil Defence Organization (ICDO), Mr. Arguj Kalantarli, addressed the current humanitarian and civil protection situation in Palestine.

In his statement, the Secretary-General highlighted the urgent needs facing Palestinian Civil Defence and called for strengthened international support and practical action to address humanitarian and civil protection needs in Palestine.
