As part of the ICDO events in the Russian Federation, on May 11-16, 2021, an international conference and Exhibition "ISSE 2021" was held.

On May 16, EMERCOM of Russia, with the participation of the EMERCOM of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, held a large-scale demonstration exercise, during which the actions of rescuers were shown in various situations, as well as the capacities of rescue equipment.

The ICDO invited the member countries to participate in this important event, where the practical exercises smoothly turned into negotiations between the delegations of the member states of the Organization.
