The ICDO and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia continue to carry out evacuation measures. 653 citizens have already been evacuated, of which 553 people have already been taken to Russia. As part of the provision of humanitarian assistance, the Permanent Secretariat of the ICDO purchased 21 tents and 100 sleeping bags from the People's Republic of China for Palestine (ready for shipment), and at the request of the Government of Palestine, the ICDO sent 21 tons of humanitarian aid, and in total, together with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, 217 tons of humanitarian aid were sent (food, goods of basic necessities, hygiene products and medicines).

Andrey Kudinov, Deputy Secretary General of the ICDO, addressed to all member countries of the organization: "I want to convey my gratitude to all member countries of the International Civil Defence Organization. Thanks to  them, the International Civil Defence Organization and the Permanent Secretariat were successful in their mission to help refugees who have suffered a great disaster – a major humanitarian catastrophe. Thanks to your support, your help, the contributions of the member states, and the contributions of our strategic partner, the Russian Federation, we have succeeded in a great mission. And more than 600 people have already received aid directly from the hands of the International Civil Defence Organization. And these are tents, sleeping bags, and food. And all this is thanks to the support of our member countries. Thank you very much to everyone!".
