The Diving & Rescue in Dark Water course, scheduled for 21-25 July 2024 in Cairo, Egypt, is designed for water rescue officers from ICDO member states. This training combines lectures and practical sessions focused on the challenges of diving and rescue operations in dark waters, particularly in the Nile River.

Emergency Response: First aid training for swimming and diving accidents.
Advanced Rescue Operations: Specialized techniques such as underwater slinging, jet ski rescues, and lifting sunken objects using parachutes.
